About Christus Women's Board
OUR MISSION
The mission of the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Foundation Women’s Board is to strengthen health care for women and children throughout Northeast Texas through philanthropy, advocacy and community engagement. By bringing together dedicated volunteers, generous sponsors and community partners, the Women’s Board raises awareness and financial support for programs, services, equipment and initiatives that enhance patient care across the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System.
2026 PROJECT | PEDIATRIC ICU
The 2026 Women’s Board project will support a brand-new, state-of-the-art 10-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler. The PICU will provide specialized, around-the-clock care for children facing severe illness, serious injury, and time-critical medical emergencies. Designed with advanced life-support technology and the needs of both young patients and their families in mind, the new unit will help ensure that children throughout Northeast Texas can receive lifesaving pediatric critical care close to home—surrounded by family, comfort, and the community that supports them.
